I asked the obvious question at the weekly resource meeting...what happens if this decline fails to materialise?
For a second it looked as if i had questioned his parentage.

Our summer staffing kicks in soon - we lapse every friggin day over the summer regardless of traffic.

only two weeks we don't lapse is pressure weeks in December

Funnily enough summer lapsing hasn't been mentioned yet - though there is rumour of DOMs and Reps going on a training day to use the new Delivery Forecasting Tool Which goes something along the lines "Yep it's Summer - we're lapsing".

Probably quicker to count those who don't come in early than those who come in early .. rush around .. no meal breaks .. and then question why the f*ck are we lapsing more duties

easy just encourage your pt staff to work for free and start early
and you know what they will

None that I know of, but then I am only a lowly part-timer and we are yet to have our rivision despite two lots of planers coming in and then going off again with stress
