Rotation week query

Our office has completed a repick and according to the duty list for next week I'm on my new duty.
As part of the repick my rotation week has been moved from week 1 to week 2.
However,my rotation week from my old duty is due next week and plans have been in place for a while for that week.

My question is,can they stop me taking my week and make me come in on the new duty, even though I've worked the last 5 weeks to enable me to be paid for next week?

Not really. In our resigns we put the rotates up on a week A or B. They sign for either A or B,(confusing?). Speak to your rep and see if you can get a swap for just that week.

If you worked the hours you should be entitled to time off if you banked the hours

if you have plans they have to give you the time off they must honour all plans in a rotation week swap for 1 year
