Is there a time scale on a decision for a appeal?
How long do i have to wait for a decision on my appeal. its been over 3 months now and my tribunal is in June.

as long as the employment tribunal has been logged, why worry
its RM who will end up with egg on its face if it goes to tribunal and they have not sorted out the appeal yest
in my experience, 3 months and counting for an appeal and an ET in the pipe line
expect a letter from RM soon
