his problem now is he is getting "bullied and harrased " by the bosses,,,even to a point were they are thrwoing his walk in whilst were on the primary sorting mail LOL,,,,when out on delivery there following him,,,making sure he has id badge,,,high viz,,,bla bla.

me neither come in at start time, have my breaks, finish my delivery for paid overtime if they're paying, bring it back if they aint. simples...and the bullying and harrasement...I don't think so

Within the first few months the majority of our office were coming in early and now they go over for no OT.

When the union actually helps you out when your getting shite off management instead of merely nodding and hand wringing and telling you to put in a grievance IF(WTF?)you are feeling harassed and then holding managers to account then these muppets will continue to use bullyboy tatics.
Not much point being the only 1 in an office and having to put up with where is your id badge,hi viz,your not walking fast enough when your union is sat on it's f***ing arse reading the paper in the union room and having a wank.

Nice idea but it would have to be played very canny. Even when strikes are looming the Union are very wary of even having an official "Work to Rule" - if they introduced this when to RMs mind there was no "Industrial Tension" they could try to sue the Union. However, the Union do support, and promote a TUC initiative called "Work your hours" day which is designed to tackle unpaid overtime, that's probably as far as they go without get the legal people involved.
