For what it's worth, the backbiting and infighting will die down over time. The problem is we are so used to working on our own that it's a real struggle to then start working in a partnership... particularly when they are designed to fail from the start!

start time -5 minutes, flyers out of the door and into their cars
start time, yours truly bowls up to frame
start time +5 minutes, drivers start hovering to see if my bags are ready
start time +10 minutes, drivers start making sarky comments
start time +15 minutes, drivers start threatening to leave my bags
start time +20 minutes, drivers get 1st couple of bags and f*ck off muttering

repeat daily

Had the revision for about 9 months now. Can state that quite a few pairings have got divorced. Would of been better to pick partners first, then walks based on seniority. Whether it was combined seniority or based on the senior of the pair. Even an idiot can understand that to work together effectively, you need to get on.

Yes - No complaints about the Huddersfield team, or its ADR. In fact the ADR and DOM have past history of which I was a witness. It was good to see him in action 1-on-1 as they say.

problem is that some are older or younger,some are lazy some aren't, some take shortcuts and some do it by the book, some have mobiles some dont, some want M/R some dont, some come in early some dont , some cut off some dont .
and they wonder why it doesn't work
