Trying to build up quality sounds noble and who could argue against its aims ?
If however you acknowledge that all things are built from the ground up.
if you have a culture of intimidation , and or favoritism causing a lack of trust,
dishonesty (which extends to feeding your own workers with false statistics.
paying lip service to health and safety ,under reporting of incidents.turning a blind eye to irregularities (such as people delivering in their own cars ,
people collating leaflets at home) etc,
because it makes a manager look good in front of his manager.etc.etc
foundations?
Is it building a world class company or more like playing a game of jenga?
