the norm is 36 weeks wages, 12 weeks pylon (pay in lieu of notice) and any outstanding holiday entitlement

the first 30 k is tax free but you will pay tax on the outstanding holiday entitlement

34 weeks pay and with 9 years service it would be 9 weeks Pay in Lieu - Unless you are getting Immediate payment of your Pension .

It is tax/ NI Free .

Outstanding leave to the date of departure is subject to stoppages .

RM through ATOS by given you IHR on the basis you cannot do work at RM

When you get sent by the DWP , ATOS are saying you are fit for work .

They are two totally different conclusions.

Unless you are terminally ill or bed ridden DWP/atos will stop your employment support and you'l have to go on Job seekers, once you've had the meeting that is.
That will save DWP £30 a week.

Getting IHR in RM only means that the business considers that you are unable to do your job after so called adjustments are made ( the legal get out clause )

It does not mean you cannot work elsewhere. The DWP will not blindly accept that your not totally unable to participate in the Job Market without a referral .

ATOS don't always get it wrong, in fact I thought they got it right with me :) Unfortunately it's always the bad stories that appear online, never the good ones :)
