Saturday SD items
Somewhere along the line we were allways told that SD items on a Saturday did not have to be there for one o clock and that after one was ok apart from the SG items.Now we are being told deliver by one.Anybody else experianced this.Thanks

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Intranet link for reference...I have enclosed below a link to the Operations Tool kit, specifically Special Delivery. If you cannot access this yourself, I am sure a member of your management team would be more than happy to access the link on your behalf. It confirms that all SD items should be attempted delivery where possible but that only the SD Saturday guaranteed product would be classed as failing our QofS if the item was not delivered by 1pm on Saturday.
