You gotta love WCM....
3 different sheets to fill in for EVERY jam on one of our LSM/iLSM's....
We come in every night to find the machines left in a mess, and have to spend 1/2 hour cleaning up before we can set the machines up - and then get a "snotty" WCM note from the morning crew because we haven't left the machine set up and clean enough for them....
Job's for mates - as others have said.

a motion calling for outright opposition to WCM was narrowly voted down, but the union is committed to dealing with the problems that are occurring and is seeking a national agreement over the issue.

This motion was allowed to pass unopposed because as far as some are concerned the agreement is already in place,it's as good as a done deal and any real threat of withdrawal will not be necessary.
