stage 1 disagreement on 'early starts'?

Does anybody know how I write a stage 1 disagreement letter? I just need one reason apparently. If anybody has one they could paste up on here I'd be very grateful.

Try, "This proposal does not seem to tie in with Royal Mails declaration of being committed to being a Family Friendly Company".

Just `head` your letter, Stage 1 Diagreement. And then state your disagreement, on behalf of your `Unit`

stage 1 wont get you anywhere abraham as they are taken executive action and have given the 28 days notice, also theres a good chance they have already exausted the IR procedure, they did in our area as far back as a june.
