Suppose the following theoretical situation.
Suppose your a postman and the parcel sorters put a big parcel in your packet bag, you check the parcel against the parcel template and it’s too long, so you put the parcel in the york for the, large parcel, drivers to take. Further suppose the next day the same packet appears back in your duties packet bag, so you put the parcel back out for the driver to take. The following day the parcel is back in your packet bag so you inform the manager. Again the following day the parcel is back in your packet bag so you inform the manager again. The following day its back in your packet bag. You inform the manager again who dismisses you like a piece of s**t and simply is not bothered the parcel has wilfully been delayed for five days. Is there a form I can fill out to complain to insure some other poor customer's mail is not delayed for 5 days and that next time I MAKE A COMPLAINT MY COMPLAINT IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY?

There was a time Mangers initialled the packets so the drivers HAD to take them. Can you not talk to the driver?-

Its not difficult ..... talk to the driver ask him why he wont take it, rather than drop a workmate in the sh*t without talking to him first

Ok I just need to know what form to fill in, have spoken to the driver on 4 occasions, every morning before I put it back in his york, its wilful delay, simple as. Manager wont do f**k all and the customers have had their parcels delayed 5 days. Its just not acceptable.

Why won't the driver take it?
I do packets now and again, and as far as I'm concerned the smaller the packets the easier they are to deliver.
If I'm told to deliver Yorks for duties 1, 2 and 3, I'll do exactly that, no matter what size the packets are. In fact I like seeing small packet there, as the next time I get contact lenses when I'm doing a duty on foot, I'll put them in the York for the driver without feeling guilty.

yes I'm sure, they are both recorded and I took down the number, there are two parcels to two diffrent addresses, they are long and thin, cos they are thin driver won't take them

Unless you feel that there is a possibility that you should be taking them but you have put them out for the driver who obviously has an issue with them or you because you have spoken to him, you've reported the situation to a manager but had no joy, then send the manager an email and cc moya and see if that gets a response - or failing all that just forget it.
