does anyone have clue to how long we will have a job as opg in royal mail ?
my guess is another 10 years.

Yup ... Parcelforce 1st then RM Letter Delivery.

The business will argue that moving over to this type of employment will reward the hard workers and weed out the lazy ones but in overall terms pay will reduce and terms and conditions in general will suffer inc a non-existent pension.
