cycle mechanics payment

some advise please,
i have been a cycle mechanic for 8 years now & have been payed leadership allowance for this because i argued the fact that it was a skilled job,
we are about to go in to (park & loop / sheared vans) so no cycles & no cycle mechanic will be needed,
will i keep the leadership allowance for 3 years?

Leadership allowance for a cycle mechanic?............well argued, where exactly were you leading them.....................skilled job? .............2 days training, one under training and one under observation - how many cycles did you administer to? I too was a cycle mechanic but no one suggested a leadership payment and in fairness I wouldn't have thought it appropriate.

does the cycle mechanic not have to look after the HCT,LWT now

the equipment has to have a PMT1 and its romec who are the designated mechanics but does the cycle mechanic not have to do general maintanance

All delivery trolley maintenance and repair is carried out by Romec on site by arrangement with the Delivery Office Manager.
