Hi,
I was told by the office manager that i want to transfer to to fill in a transfer request online or ask for a form to fill in from HR
Is it possible to fill in a transfer request form from the royal mail website ?
I want to avoid asking for a form from my current manager

No its not bullying, nothing like that, i like where i work but to cut along story short i want to move back to my old office .
I was told it would be quicker to put a request online thats all, ive done a postcode search on that thread you mentioned but the no jobs are advitised.
I thought there may have been an actual transfer request page somewhere

If it 's your old DO,contact them personally,they may have a vacancy that is not online.

i made a simular post about this.
i was looking on the website and i dont think there is a specific TRANSFERS page on there.
i even went into my doms office to ask him if he could show me the website and what to do- well he was sat there on the internet shopping for a car!!! and said 'i'll have a look later for you'

How do you apply for a transfer from one DO to another...1) Advise your DOM? 2) Complete a transfer form online?? 3) Or contact the DO you want to transfer to

1) Advise your DOM? and 2) Complete a transfer form online?? and 3) Or contact the DO you want to transfer to.

I am also looking for an answer to this, is there a way to put in a transfer request online? Would rather not have to deal with our Dom.

There is no transfer form on the website, You just apply for via the internal site which is ONLY AVALIBLE FOR PERMENANT postmen/women .
