Got back from delivery today to find this on my frame and everyone else's i noticed too, talk about being a snidey spineless Dim

Can they do this? as far as i know the office did not agree to these changes at all and i'm sure there will be murder tomorrow for Mr Dim! he probably thinks that's that but i very much doubt it!!
Speak to your rep.
Find out the outcome of the Stage 3 disagreement.
If it has been agreed without consultation of the members you have been stitched up by the union possibly under pressure from above.
It may not have been agreed,the wording is vague.
If it hasn't been agreed and there is no satisfactory conclusion to the stage 3 disagreement then the start times are being imposed by executive action and your office needs to decide it's next move.
Accept it or consider IA of some sort.

I will no doubt know more when i go in tomorrow but i can be 99.9% sure that the office was unaware of this happening.
You are probably correct in your assumption fishtank regards the union Rep being put under pressure as they work in the same office side by side virtually

ours have been changed for well over a year with p&l f/timers start 06.42 and finish at 14.30 so arent you doing p&l yet ? if not the worst is to come.

We have been already told this is coming to us in June
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
The change to start times usually follows a revision and the arrival of sequenced mail either from in house or whoever. Whoever said the worst is yet to come isn't wrong, some of our staff only start at 0830 and some part timers 0900. Many areas who haven't had a revision are still starting at the crack of dawn and going out on delivery before some of our staff start their shift and in some instances have probably finished their delivery too

Isn't there a big issue of contention here, a letter has been issued today for a change in start times in 13 days, not 28 written days?
better still, when returning to the office you will be doing a collection
