Changes within the office

Hi,first time poster here.

Has anyone experienced the level of change that we have here in our depot?Im based in Northern Ireland.

We have had numorous consultants and planners come in.The frames have been moved 3 times with outside contractors paid to do this.We have had people from Japan come in to tell us how the flow of our office could be improved.........resulting in many buzz words floating around from management.Im telling you this all stinks of people justifying their existence.The new systems brought in are less efficient than they were before and the front line staff havent been consulted in any of this.

Any duties that were vacant due to retirements have been "absorbed".The frames have disappeared and split with other frames,enforcing extra work on those frames.This is being justified with mail being brought to the frame of those duties which apparantly saves time.

I think we are being used as guinea pigs over here as I cannot see you guys across the water standing for this enforced lapsing.(summer will be interesting!)
