It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I've applied but I want to work from home..........and I want the London supplement......................incidentally it doesn't say what the salary is. There are no perks DGP, you'll have to pay for the "extras"

Acting as a first line filter for telephone and email enquiries you prioritize their workload to ensure that all urgent and time sensitive issues are dealt with first.
In other words, throw out all contentious issues that I dont want to have to deal with, and send all positive issues so that these can be used for media reports and The Courier

Funny, when a postie leaves he doesn't get replaced. Money she earns, shouldn't she be doing all her own work.

Re: Royal Mail full time job ad!
I'd only want to apply for the job if she was a bad boss who "priortise workloads", does that mean "if she needs some servicing"???
