The big survey will have to be done by everyone in wtll this month. They say don't get personal and slag off your managers but answer about the company as a whole.
If everyone moans and tells them how bad it is , especially with too many mangers, they just might listen?
So take the time and fill it in , it's our last chance . Oh and i'll still be slagging my many doms off!

have to say that my thoughts on this keep changing, used to fill them in, then i never, then i used to shred them.
We have the people that come in when you have a bad score lots of times, they listen to you then nothing happens, never used to fill them in, then heard that the DOM was filling them in or getting his buddies to, so then i used to get mine and rip it up [was none too pleased]
to be honest, has anyone had changes to there office after a bad score or comments?
am still undecided as what to do this year, have a lot to say about how things that are wrong in the office, yet i have little faith that anything will be done about the issues in the office, they listen, but no action has been implemented from the survey all the time i have been there

Entry to a competition to win an ipod only if you sign to say no bullying happens? are you sure you weren't just signing to say you attended?

Of course the didn't say that "if you sign this and say no bullying happens you have a chance of winning an i pod. They came out and spoke about bullying and stated that if you signed you have attended you have the chance of winning an ipod.Heard from the union man that the reason that they were doing this is, so they had a bit of paper to wave to the media "look no bullying happens in RM"He was trying to tell them that it wasn't an office only issue as bullying came from the top, and that he had saw manager's being bullied themselves ...Me thinks their trying to the same thing with the "BIG SURVEY"...I won't be filling it in and I'll just be giving to a charity of choice myself

Fill them in and tell the truth, i know i will be, and it will be on my own time so i can study it properly and think of my answers, not wtl where u feel rushed to do it, if you leave it blank they will assume you have no worries about your job or management, if your bullied by management which im fairly sure most of us are then it has to be commented on, its our only chance to let higher management know what is happening in our offices, tough titties if they dont want it to be a moan against managers.

Just do as I do....Sit for 10 mins pretending to be writing, then seal the empty form in the envelope and give to the manager.

All seems just another big waste of our cash using survey firms, printing costs, etc. just like the last 3 glossy mailings we had. Hope all this cost is coming out of Moya's pocket instead of the company.

I heard that there had to be a certain % of have your say forms have to be completed.If they weren't, it was alerted higher up.As not filling them in was an indication of serious problems in the office(the lower the % the bigger the problem) .Yes, I have filled them in for years before, and nothing, and I mean nothing has happened.It was only when I didn't fill them in( well, spent 10 mins pretending to) that things started to change.
