Vacancies in Lincolnshire

Hi, I have been with RM for nearly 13 years (full time) and now the missus and I are looking to move north to Lincolnshire this year. I am looking at transferring to Lincoln itself, as well as the areas of Sleaford, Woodhall Spa, Grantham and at a push Newark. Does anyone know if there are any vacancies within these areas (including Lincoln office). Any help is appreciated (office addresses and contacts appreciated too )

The Role
Supporting the Chief Executive Officer you will manage all aspects of their diary including arranging appointments, booking transport, hotels and scheduling meetings. Acting as a first line filter for telephone and email enquiries you prioritize their workload to ensure that all urgent and time sensitive issues are dealt with first.
Coordinating reports and briefings ahead of meetings with external customers, consultants and board members, you will develop and maintain administrative hard-copy and electronic systems that allow easy access to information.
A proactive forward planner and strong team player, you will have previous experience as a PA at CEO or Executive Director level. With excellent organisational and time management skills, you will be an expert in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook as well as having the ability to quickly grasp business priorities and the role of the Chief Executive Officer and their management team.
