save money - make doms part-time

As soon as the mail is in and prepped all the the managers slope off to the office to play on the pc's . In my office there are about 6 postcode sectors , each with it's own dom.
A manager of the whole office, his undermanager, 4 in the rle, 2 more doing god knows what and 4 in the callers office.
What do they all do when we're killing ourselves on the streets? They could be out delivering , as that's the main part of the business, surely it would be better to send most of them home at 10am and only pay them 4 hours a day .

There's too many managers in delivery offices.
There's usually 3, sometimes 4, in my DO. A complete waste of money when you consider the complete lack of productivity from these Herberts.

Aren't they getting replaced with well-trained deputy managers (cough cough) . This is their savings.

They should have one P/T DOM come in early and finishes at 12noon and the other come in 2 hours later and finish at 2pm

So are we all agreed then that this is where they should make the savings? I mean if they are still there when we get back (and it is very rarely) theyre not interested how the day went outside, they just ignore you and go home, totally no support during the mornings either. Whichever office Moya is visiting next perhaps someone can ask the question regarding part time LM's/DOM's. Lets face it the idiots would'nt be qualified to manage elsewhere, infact I can't think of anywhere that would take that lot on in a supervisor role.

Chuffin easter saturday, 9 shrouds of packets , many oversize, waiting to be sorted, no-one would come up until they were yold to by the dom, where was he? chatting away while doing missorts for other sections. I can see myself getting reprimanded soon the way I talk to him but I mean he's one lazy t*at.
