In that case surely the amount the mail goes down is less each year as 5% of a lower amount is smaller than the previous amount ?

I like how they never mention how packets have increased year on year just a very very small note about a little increase yet no extensive figures how they keep going up and also how the D2D's have increased from 3 to 6-7 a week...no mention of how much extra income they are creating from them either after they stopped paying us to deliever them.

I think I actually had 3 Courier 'specials' this week? I think there was a 'here are the new stamp prices' special (tho' it's all been in the news a week already), then there was a pension special, now today a 'how great this company can be at doing what we already do so well' special. Oh good grief. Say that a sow's ear is a silk purse enough times and maybe it'll turn into one?
