hi me back again i am job sharing a delivery 3 days each both of us on 24 hours. we were on 40 hours .any way this week is our old rotate week off (1 in 5 ) which we dont get off because of working 24 hours each.the manager has put us and the postie who does duty on rotate week on the duty but the rotate guy says its his duty for this week and we have been put on other deliveries which we are not happy about. surely its our duty on job share and the delivery i have picked for us to doand have been on for years .hoping someone has advice on this.

When we put a duty to job share, then it is removed from the rota group. So the rota cover gets a different duty put into the rota group, if none available then unfortunately he would be a reserve for that week.
