Claiming travel money back?

I have been a postie since 2008 now and i have spent £30 a week since.

Maybe a long shot but is there a way of claiming the money back or not as it was my own choice to work so far away?

You've as much chance as Villa have of finishing fifth in the Premiership this season :crazy:

At my place you can only claim from the office to the duty, and return. You cant claim to and from home.

We don't get the 'and return' bit even. Thieving f***ers and yet another post tells me they are putting lock boxes on the frames to stop thieving. What a chronically tedious place of work RM is.

4 posties in my office do get travel allowance, I don't know how much or when it's paid but they only work 4 miles away from where they live............. :Applause

If you choose to work far away http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K0n8ZVILPw" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; then you're not due travelling money :sad: but if Royal Mail ask you to work at an office further than where your contract is then you can claim the difference :Very Happy .
