Headache after a day of hard work??
I'm sorry but every single weekend when i do my PT posting i get a massive headache when i get home ... i don't know if its just the difference in temperature or what but does anyone have a similar symptom or has my brain been fried?

I often get headaches after delivery. Normally put it down to eye strain and dehydration. I know I should drink more water whilst out on delivery but then have to think about access to toilets while I'm out.

Couls also be down to spinal problems, but dehydration too, and don't forget this can be a problem in winter too!-

Used to happen to me till I started wearing a baseball cap and drinking water halfway round my duty,fixed it straight away.
Any married man should forget his mistakes. There's no use in two people remembering the same thing.

Drinking more doesn't necessarily mean you need the toilet more, especially in the summer. In fact you may need to go more if you don't drink anything rather than if you keep drinking a sensible amount.Stormproof wrote:I often get headaches after delivery. I go with what has already been said.
wear a hat and
drink plenty,
i dont leave the house without drinking a large mug first thing.
and then again at the office.
I also dont drink coffee or cola after 9.00pm it sounds silly but you can pay for that mistake with restless fidgety sleep.
you should suffer from less headaches if the quality of your sleep improves.!

Any headaches that start suddenly and persist should be seen to by a Doctor...
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?
