Delivery box frames,you remember dont you?Let me remind you,6rows of nine boxes per frame.If you had a big duty you had two frames.
All of the odds of one street went into one box and evens into another.Then before you could tie up, you had to take evens/odds out and prep them up into the right order,high or low.Now my question is do we,can we,or should we still be using them.If not then why do some firm deliveries still use them?Is is because the new frames,sorry forgot the name are too helpful with prep and cut prep time.
Having used both types of frames there can be only one winner.And just to keep my axe sharp,why after 6months vacant are duties still been kept away from a resign and Management are been allowed to "give" postmen duties on a so called temp basis?

New frames are RM2000 slots keep breaking and wings falling off and in our office are crammed in like sardine tins on a supermarket shelf!.

4 duties in our office still use them because we haven't enough room and they still beat the rm 2000s out about 50% of the time.
