No, any OT is to be paid, failure to do that is unlawful withholding of wages. Your union rep or area rep will be able to fight this, just make sure you right everything down from now on and let the manager know this.

They can if you stand for it and allow yourselves to be treat that way.

The only person who makes you do overtime is yourself. No pay, no overtime. Let them suspend you if they want to. They wont, because they know they are only trying it on.

I thought the IWT was a planning tool not a predictive tool. Lapsing should be based on predicated and actual traffic levels for the office and duty - I thought. If so IWT has no bearing.
