MANAGERS SET TO STRIKE/OFFICIAL DOCUMENT!
Has anyone heard whats happening with managers because there are rumours flying around that they are totally p*ssed off as well because of their pension fund, have heard that managers are up for going out as well so how about CWU and CMA striking together ? now that would put sh*ts up the two Pr*cks turning us in to a second rate postal operation

Went to my Lineo and asked him straight if he was coming out because of the pension fund. He didn't answer direct but went to our rep to ask a question about rules within Royal Mail. So perhaps the pressure is starting to build and the CMA may just call them out.

Don't worry! Adam and Al will sort them out a nice bonus again to buy their loyalty for another few months. Anyway, there are plenty of 'managers' who have never joined the CMA.

Same here mate! That's one picket line I'll dance across! I'll do their work the same as they do ours when we're out! I think I could manage a cup of tea every hour and shoving a few Yorks about.ulster postie wrote:f**k THEM NO WAY I WOULD STAND SIDE BY SIDE WITH THAT LOT HOPE THEY ARE WELL FCUKED

Their a bunch of parasites with no back-bone, and i hope they do go out on strike, coz i to will do a jig across their picket line waving my wage slip at them to see if they'll bite and call me names, and if they did, i wonder if they would be disciplined???

Don't forget to wear your high-viz vest in the office. You wouldn't want the cleaner bumping into you when she's bringing in the next brew!dvbuk55 wrote:Can't wait to put on my Armani suit, Jimmy Choo shoes, open necked pink shirt and that Oh so gormless look - no acting needed.IWW Fellow Worker wrote:Same here mate! They don't strike because some of them are too long in the tooth to give a f**k - they're just waiting for retirement or a nice fat VR pay-off, others because they're young and hungry enough to climb up the greasy pole & get past the point of dealing with oiks like us & enter the realm of big pay, bigger bonuses & gravy trains ( irrespective of your actual performance - like postmen, but in reverse ). As for the rest, they are the ones I feel sorry for, they were postmen & women & bloody good ones & treat the job as a service to be provided to the customer and the employees in their charge......however, as even one example is not available in every office, they are far outnumbered by either previous group & they have no hope against both groups' apathetic or mercenary attitudes.chayoliver wrote:Yeh nice one thought id get a nice response like that, id love the managers to go out on strike because if they went out royal mail might suddenly realise it runs like a well oiled machine without them, take note alan and adam ? thats why managers never strike doesnt matter how much sh*t they get from above, they know.ulster postie wrote:f**k THEM NO WAY I WOULD STAND SIDE BY SIDE WITH THAT LOT HOPE THEY ARE WELL FCUKED

Managers. on strike
Ihave been a postman for 26 yrs and i have been a cwu member for all that time. I have never crossed a picket line in all that time not even when it has been the fire brigade, local council or any other union. I have been a cwu rep for 6 yrs the last 4 as area rep. As much as it goes against my union beliefs the cma picket line is one that i would cross and make sure that the office ran with no probs. These so called union members have crossed our pickets lines on every strike day and have taken great pleasure in doing our jobs. When i questioned their cma area rep he could only hide behind " as directed". An office near my area has had 1 manager for every five postperson just for doing their jobs properly. These managers took great delight in doing their job. As far as i am concerned these managers should drop the "union" out of their organisation. Its an insult to everything the word union stands for.
