In our office since P/L there is a lot of cutting off mainly the ones that use a trolley, take meal relief and dont come in early and do it by the book.
Today these rounds have had some taken off them to make them more achievable with another round made up in the office.
The runners who come in early , use bags etc etc have had extra put on them for finishing early............JUSTICE
They are moaning like Fook, serves them right

same happened in our office
however they only cut some and not all that needed done
Its been on the cards for years but the runners still wont listen.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
Same happened in my office, we've another 7 part time staff now who come in and each take loops off a duty holder. We still have a lot of walks that are cutting off but hopefully more staff will be bought in eventually. So the runners have stitched themselves up, they will never learn

its happened 3 times that I know of in my office. Now called "so and so cut off", and is covered by docket grabbers or in one case has been added to another duty.

i cut off and all you get is grief? not a smaller delivery
Stick to your guns, do the job properly and work to your time. Me and my P/L partner have been on our round for 2 weeks now, we've been able to get our times down as we've got used to the round but there's only so much we can do I think. So far the best we could manage was to complete in our time by cutting 2 loops off or doing the whole thing and claiming. That was on a Tuesday and a Saturday I might add.
