Rota week moved again,can they do this?

Our office has just completed its revision and gone through a repick.
Noticed yesterday that my rota week has been changed and is now a week later.

Just wondering if they were allowed to do this as all my annual leave is booked either before or after my rota week,so any week booked for after will in effect become my rota week.

This has happened once before and I remember the struggle I had trying to change weeks in the summer when my kids are off school,was usually told that all those weeks were fully booked!

Any help appreciated!

Days off and weeks off will change after a repick.
It's unavoidable.
Managers should try to be as flexible as possible with pre-booked commitments.
