Staff coming in on day to prep d2ds

We have a few staff that will come in and prep NEXT WEEKS d2d's on their day off. Its usually a saturday morning they come in but some will come on a friday to collate them etc for the following week. They are in non uniform at the office. Would you ignore it and just shake your head, tell them to their faces, or tell a manager (but not give any names) who can address the whole office about it. The managers have long gone when they come in which is probably half the problem.

Ww have about8-10 do them on a friday when they come back. I just dump my stuff and tell them i aint doing RM work in my own time and they will be done daily as per instruction.Some people need to get a life

same in my office staff run round SAD,staff prep door to doors on day off SAD,staff come in half hour to an hour early before there start time SAD,staff door step items daily SAD,part time staff work longer hours than full time staff SAD,general bickering and backstabbing amongst staff SAD,staff seem to think there DOMS SAD.we have no union rep we are doomed when we have our revision,sick to death of telling staff to work there contracted hours and generally do the job properly.I GIVE IN

Totally agree mate , it's same here in my office and everyone out for themselves !! Comradeship gone - the amount of two faced people unbelievable and it seems management have turned staff against each other - they must love that as it takes the focus off of them whilst everyone arguing and bickering ! Sad to see this but it won't change now ! Fools .

same in our office, SAD GITS coming in 45 mins early, also working through breaks.MANAGEMENT LOVE IT, yesterday they went out with 2 posties testing the walk, oh and the manager banded the walk up while they were on their 25 min break and also NO NO NO TROLLYS were used. bloody great and union do nothing. STINKS!!!!!!!!!

Guy who prepped (or didnt, depending on how quick the little Hans Moleman looking mofo wanted to get out) my walk took all next week's enormous banded bundles of d2d out with him to prep at home over the w/e. He walked right past the gaffers as the bundles were piled so high he couldnt see in front of him, they didnt bat an eye.
