As you know I am in the middle of building a duty under DDA but at present we are not in agreement, Atos states I can only do 3hr walking, dom says if I cycle rather then use LWT I can do more calls.

I am kept indoors till 10am then commence duty via cycle and LWT

It has been really busy and I have gone over the 3hrs because I don't want to cut off as they use the excuse to send me back to atos, yesterday finished at 1.45, 40 mins over
This morning got a phone call in work that my son was being sick, so i asked to go at 9.30 so I could check he was ok and carry on with my delivery.
The lino said yes but only if I came back to make the time up my reply what time I went over yesterday and where is your compassion .
I started del at 9.40 finished at 1.15, I went into see him while I collected my next 3 bags and use LWT so not much time used approx 3mins each time .

BTW Big meeting in the Essex area today with managers and union reps don't know what it is about

I am afraid its always been a one way street with RM managers so the fact you go over the previous day does not count for nothing. I think you can learn by this on how they are thinking.

I think perhaps you may have to stick to the 3hrs walking. If that’s what’s been agreed with Atos then you have nothing to fear about being referred back as you have kept your side of the bargain.
