am lost for words

we went park and loop over a year ago in my offiice we had a vote at the time to accept the changes and a re-sign in six weeks. but this has not happen i feel totaly let down by the rep in our office all he has done is look out for self and his family they have all had duties made for them.i know now a lot of the office dont want re-sign but some do and we did vote for it also 31% duties changed and the times changed by 30 min wich i know is grounds for a re-sign.but i belive he will not have one whats the point of the union having national agrements when are reps break them its bad enough that mangers do this. i have been in the union for over 30 years am going to pull out

pretty standard. once they get what they want,the rest is forgotten

Before you pull out get the area rep involved,you should have a resign.

were does it end though i have never been more f##### off with the union its just sad that the way things are going.
would the area rep do anything ? and if it went to vote most would not want a re-sign because they are happy with what they got.so is that the end of re-signs than it who you know and if your liked

Yes just make sure they have a big red nose and extra large feet and a squirty flower in their button hole.
