No.
Royal Mail has a large number of commercial loans to Government some dating back more than 10 years to the failed expansion into Europe.
These were due to be paid back at commercial rates over the next few years.
Most if not all have also been written off.
We are now officially flush,although they will deny it.
We are also ripe for privatisation.
