Tom4055 asking for Advice on Stages

Hi, im not sure if ive posted on the correct page. but im wondering if anyone can help me please as i cannot get an answer from anyone ??????

ive gone sick today, and have a chest infection and prob wont be back till next week, mon hopefully........ i was on a stage one that on the interview paper work was issued on march the 17th 2011...... the interview was on the 15th.... my understanding is the warning has finsished now being the 19th march 2012. in sept or october last year i had 3 sick days only , can someone confirm if i am now going on a stage 2 or stage 1 again , my total abscences including this week will be hopefully 9 days since march 2011 . im confused as i no they can count last years aswell. also if i have the interview stage paperwork is that the date they issued and it starts from .

If you have only had 3 days sick in the past 12 months you should be clear of any stage warnings and this absence will count towards a stage 1.

If you intend returning to work on Monday, inform them on Saturday or the Sunday will count as sick as well.

thankyou for your reply. its much appreciated. my stage 1 should of finished saturday the 17th if the issue date on my interview paperwork is correct. i have tried to get this information as i was worried about triggering a stage 2, but hr wouldnt tell me or anyone else.

you need to see your DIMs now for that info
I had to file a grievence to get the info in our DO

just another quick question, im still off sick and was worrying that i may still get a stage 2, as from above does my stage 1 start from the day i was interviewed 15-03-2011, or the date i signed the paper work 17-03-2011 i know i didnt go sick till the 19th of march 2012 with only 3 days in sept last year. But just paranoid to when the stage warning start from date is

15/3 or 17/3 - it wouldn't matter.
