unusual ??? logging of overtime

notice now on several occasions our d.o.m and pitpull on a leash give out overtime,,,,but when u go in to sign for they ask you to sign on a different day than u worked,,,,,,i.e worked last thursaday (was my day off) when i came in again friday to sign for working the day off they asked me to fill it in on wednesdays sheet? found it a bit strange is this mornal or am i letting ideas run away in my head LOL

trying to put OT on days where they can hide it better under pressure/mail volume/sickness etc

i guessed it was something on them lines,,,,,,i take it they get somekinda bonus for not dishing out overtime,,,,lucky i dont go over much,,,were still on old times and no revision yet so its usually on saturdays,,,,,but monday - friday they wont let u book UNLESS they agree b4 you go out,,,seems stupid,,,if u go over they pay u,,,these 2 now argue and try and knock u down,,,i.e no u cant have an hour,,,but 45 mins instead,,,sooner or later i think there heading for a fall

they have to forecast to their bosses,and justify it
so if they forecast short,they have to expalin it orr as you see,hide it

Falsification of company records. Have nothing to do with it. Sign only for the day you actually did overtime, otherwise you can be done for aiding and abetting their scam.

And presumably YOU have signed "I declare that I have worked the Overtime claimed above. ..... I understand that providing false information on this form may amount to gross misconduct which could result in disciplinary or criminal proceedings. In case of disciplinary prceedings this may result in dismaissal."
