Royal Mail own 51% of Quadrant.
Compass Group hold 49%.
There is,as far as i'm aware no automatic right to transfer but you could ask.
You might even have a shout at transferring seniority but it's a very long shot.

We had a Romec cleaner come over about 3? years ago but as far as Quadrant goes our canteen got closed ages ago and I think you'd find the general sentiment about the Quadrant employee would have been 'good riddance'. I think I'd better leave it at that.
