Whats the correct procedure for claiming pressure overtime.
And what do you do if the sheet is unavailable.

we have to agree with them b4 we go ut,,if were gunna go over,,,if you dont tell them they point blank refuse to pay you.
they hide the overtime sheet LOL so u have to ask
they knock us down,,,lets say you work over by 1 hour,,,they argue and only let us book 45 mins.

We dont have a sheet we just tell the manager the day after. Not sure how true it is but today when I claimed for yesterday he said no more overtime is being paid out until the new financial year so I won't be doing any until then.

Given the email on Friday it may be true about not paying OT till the new financial year, because the system keeps cocking up. However, the new financial year is only 3 weeks away so not sure why it would be official policy, and entirely illegal. If you work it you should be paid for it, if not its illegal withholding of wages.

I normally tell the guy doing the balance of staff and he double checks it with the dom who (normally) plays fair and signs it off. However i often get some of it as presure and some as SA
