to be honest cedar if its against a dom dont bother as nothing ever happens, weve got a manager in our office hes had about 6-7 in against him and hes still working and laughts about it , the best thing is to say im going to a soliciter to sort it out.

When you raise a grievance the manager should conclude within 5 working days. However if the manager needs more time to investigate then they should inform you.

Make that five months and you will be nearer what actually happens in real royal mail time.

Go through the process and then speak to your Branch Secretary about taking your issue to an ET.

To go to an ET you would have to submit the application within 3 months less one day from the date of the grievance !!

Sorry Fishtank, you are wrong I have been to a Pre - Hearing Review ( PHR) and represented someone when Wankmans succeeded in getting the application struck out because it was out of date, RM took six months to carry out the procedure, however if Cedar Room wishes to take your advice who am I to give advice ??????.
