Hello... i have just put in a transfer to another office,filled out the form gave it to my DOM..does anyone know how long it will take if i get accepted

If it was anything like my transfer, both DOMs knew me, said I had a place, but they argued who was to email to release/accept me, took 3 months, just for a simple email

If your Dom won't let you go you're stuffed. I tried every avenue union, grievance,see the other Dom(s) they all said yes(and different postcode areas to boot) even dropping to 32 hours. I even had the child care case at the time and the good record but my Dom bluntly said no transfers in or out of area. If you don't like it f off.It wasn't only him as during this time I had 3 doms and they all said the same. 50 odd miles round trip and 4 years or so on waiting list for 7 different offices.
