I have recently been dismissed. i don't want to go into but all i want to know is there any hope with them cheers.

It depends on your case mate so there isn't much else we can say other than it's very important that you have something new to present.
If all you have is the same thing you face the original dismissing manager with it makes it very difficult for them to go against the original decision.
Whether it's a failure of procedure or completely new evidence you have to give them a get out clause.

How do i go about putting in a grievance against a manager when i have been dismissed. i have stage 2 form from h.r do i send it back to them. cheers and thanks fishtank.

i had this.

you can give it to the apeal manager but they will not do anything with it....giving it to HR is pointlesws as you have been sacked.

i was reading case notes from another case where it was said a greivance put in after sacking doesnt have to be looked at....that is robably the wrong way of putting it.

what i forgot to mention was they will say they will deal with the greivance to mislead you into thinking they will follow it up.

if they said they wouldnt do it then you would be able to use that as possible evidence that the appeals manager was "biased"

Its been about 4 weeks now and not heard anything from the appeals manager. Is this the norm?

Fire the ET1 in if your going to, don't wait for the appeal.
