Special deleveries

Which employee is more important to royal mail . Genuine sickness and there workers through no fault of there own triggering stages leading to dismissal or a worker who wilfully delays the delivery of special deliveries .you've guessed it my friends the second one . Today in my office a colleague got a two year severe dusciplinary for failing to deliver 10 specials . 3 tracked items . They were left in his van and he forgot to deliver them , bullshit he as openly said to his colleagues he couldn't be arsed . There's many workers who have been dismissed for less than this . Royal mail managers r a joke and I'm a great beloved in what comes around goes around . I'm sure TNT managers cat be any worse than these feeking idiots

Funnily enough not much better he's on a stage 2 . Even so wilful delay of mail in my few is sackable offence ., but he his the son of the most senior postman enough said . If it was me I'm sure I would have been sacked
