Stage Warnings - Clarification Needed.

Hi, I wonder could someone answer this for me please - I was given my second stage warning In Feb 2011 and have had no sick days since. When does a stage expire and when do I become free of all stage warning? Thanks.

1 absence of 4 days or less will mean removal from the procedure.

I know dims have a habit of making things up as they go along , but we have been told that if we reach a stage 2 and go a year without sick we then revert to a stage 1.

You are right they do make things up - its in Black and white at my link and the bit I quoted from it.
