1/ leavng a 2nd class letter in your frame after going out by mistake.
2/ runners leaving the building early after coming in 40 mins before anyone else and leaving a mixture of missorted and redi mail in the IPS frame.

Shouldnt we all be leaving the building after all missorts are thrown off ??

Given how "1" is a personal error that can be classed as "willful delay" it has to be the more concerning one. Was the 2nd class letter definitely left in the frame while bundling up, or did some numptie find the letter as a missort on delivery and then plonk it on your frame, before you got back, without endorsing the letter "missort [date] [initials]"?

If the runners are supposed to clear down IPS as part of their indoor time, or the lino requested everyone clears down their walks' IPS pidgeonholes, then they are willfully delaying mail too.

not sure the details about the letter in the frame but some of these runners are leaving up to 40 letters behind in the IPS frame because they leave the building before other people have even finished their sorting and redi's.
In our folder ( 316 ?) it says leaving time is 9.50 but some of the runners are out at 8.40. Shouldnt they be waiting or have a meal relief and wait for missorts cos they dont have them either.

1 is not wilful delay it's 'unexcused delay to mail',although most screws will try to do you for wilful delay...
