CMA AND THE PENSION
Why are Hayes and Ward continuing to include the pension in the pay talks. Surely this is a company wide issue which affects the spineless ones we call managers as well as ourselves. So why should I have to make a decision on striking to protect something that also affects the man/woman driving by me on the picket line.

When my line manager called us all together in our wee corner of the office to tell us of the late starts he was shaking and you could tell in his voice he was scared off the reaction,it wasnt untill he finished that I went up to him and asked him 'Tim its your pension thats being f'@cked over as well as mine,look me in the eye and tell me you agree with what is happening'
'Yea mate its a load of bollocks' and then he walked away,the managers know that they are being f@cked,but when they get £27 an hour for O/T doing deliveries,they are not bothered.
The more you know, the worse it gets.
