i am currently on an enforced abscence, long story but basically royal mail are waiting to ill health retire me, they are ignoring a fit to work certificate and making me stay home. i'm not sick its like a suspension even though i've done nothing wrong.
my question is whilst on this enforced abscence can i claim back any annual leave that i was due to have during this period.
