hi does anyone know how a job share duty is decided.is it up to the senior postman to choose which of the two duties the two job sharers do if they both agree on which duty.

job shares happen when you have two buy downs or someone buys down and then they set on a new part timer on say 20 hrs

Sorry need clarification. Are you asking about P&L when 2 people share 2 duties, or are you asking about "Job Share" when 2 people cover the same duty on different days, or even Job Share on Park and loop. All 3 could have different implications so its best to be clear what we are talking about.

there are two of us that want to share one duty.three days each we need to know how we pick which duty to do .we both have our own deliveries.
