Why the hell sould we help RM to cut jobs & lower T&C's through the BT2010 agreement, while at the SAME TIME RM have changed the goalposts and refused to pay out ££££ owed under the CS scheme. And when hours are required to be put back in to a unit, RM don't want to know.

So I say again, WHY should we help RM while they continue to apply the BT2010 agreement on a ONE SIDED BASIS ?

Now here is a real scenario. In the TV Clip BG says that where the DO manager has been the driving force of the revision..................so our DOM is off on ill health and has been since last year, we have a stand in DOM who historically was an OPG, PHG from this office. The Line manager who has been the driving force with the planner was nominated as a "proxy" DOM and until this video clip I had no idea why..........now I do. Thereby showing that RM will bend the circumstances to fit the rule.................bit naughty really.

Now BG what about the 100 BSI that RM are applying?

Yes that's why I said historically, OPG, PHG then a line manager and now a DOM................perhaps I didn't make it simple enough.
