New Signing On Sheets EH/TD?

They are shiny and new and have the usual start time/scheduled time out/actual time out/first and last letter times but they also have some new boxes like "time on IPS" and "time on prep" and a final little box called "balance of hours".
Area is at disagreement over them so we aren't using them..
Just wondered if anyone else has seen them.
Don't know if they are national,area or just another RM Scotland thing.

Our signing on sheets change on a weekly basis, they've all sorts of things coming and going...................I don't use most of them, time started, time out of the office, time back and time of leaving................that's all I give them (and if they really want more then I could just make it up to suit their timings).

It seems we are doing more and more for the managers and they are doing a lot less than they used to. From 7 they're on your back to walksort , then clear it down then from 9 they're in the canteen then god knows what they do when we're out on the battlefield but they've gone home by the time we get back.

The signing on sheets aren't out by the time I start I just sign on in the locker so I don't know what they look like now. I got into the habit because I wasn't shown on the sheets for a few months and when I queried it I was told I didn't have a work plan because I pleased myself what I did.........which wasn't true of course, I think they wanted me to leave!

We have ones that show our start time, IPS finish time, out time, first letter, last letter and finish time. Nothing extraneous.

Can't belive RM still use paper sign in sheets not some sort of computerised clocking in system.

Gives the managers a job I suppose, running round getting people to sign

I am without doubt the worst offender in my office for not even signing in.
I don't do mornings very well which is ironic for a postman.
I'm also terrible with names....and directions.
If Carlsberg made postmen i would probably end up in the reject bin.
