Atos reports

I know another one hogging the board lol

I finally had a meeting with dom disability champion ADR and ADM as previous two agreements management decided they did not like them even though i had been signed.

Over the last 8 months I have had various atos reports done, in each one I had requested certain chnges to my delivery duty and also to stay on current duty due to family friendly to which atos agreed.

Managment did not take on these recomendations,

In my last atos report it was recomended that I could only do 3hr del span. managment took this on board as mandotory literally .
they are now saying that I only do 3hr del because this what what atos said but they keep me indoors till I only have 3 and half hours to go ill end of delivery no scope for if it is heavy.

My argument again is that are Atos reports recomendations or mandatory. In my last interview I asked as to why management never implemented my requests and she said that they only recommend or advise management

I think it's only advice that atos give but they're health care people so if you manager doesn't want to adhear to atos's advice then I think it'd be a mistake. Also if atos say you should only do 3 hrs delivery, unless I've not read your post properly your office aren't sending you out for more than 3 hours they're sending you out for the last 3 hours of your delivery? is that right?

What he said............3 hours is 3 hours and if you only deliver for that amount of time then do so

hi there i have simler type of prob but we are having a resign and they say that they have a job marked out for me but when it comes to my pick can i not just get the job i want and then make the adjustment around that delivery any help would be great
