i can some one tell me . if full timers get payed 40 hrs pay for doing 39 hrs ,what do part timers get.

A part-timers hourly rate is the same as a full-timer.
If the full-timer is now getting 40hrs pay for 39hrs work his hourly rate has gone up...therefore so has a part-timer's.
